High Hopes and River Boats

Every year from May - August there are about 24 Young Performing Missionaries called YPM's. There are about 12 band members and 12 actor/singers. They participate in Sunset on the Mississippi as well as Pageant but they also do 2 other productions called Anna Amanda and High Hopes and Riverboats. We saw High Hopes yesterday and it was really good, it tells the story of old Nauvoo through young peoples eyes, dances, dating, hardship etc. As with everything here in Nauvoo there was a real spirit there. We also saw the Young Ambassadors from BYU. They were really good and we also enjoyed them but woa!! were the bugs out in force. The performance was at 8:30 and once those big flood lights come on so do the bugs. We thought we had it bad sitting under them but the singer/dancers on stage were surrounded by them. I am not sure how they could sing. I will try and get a picture if we go again.
